‘Lamb Chops 2nd cut’, also called ‘Shoulder Chops’, are the most versatile cut. These lamb chops are excellent for the BBQ, can be also grilled in the oven and are great for stewing. The meat is excellent for de-boning, if you want to make brochettes for grilling or mincing, the leftover bones can be stewed or grilled for those who like to gnaw on the bone. (nothing is wasted)
