Beef Chuck Roast: Affordable yet an excellent roast. There are many ways to make this roast, most recipes call for a slow oven roast with broth and vegetables. It also works well on a bed of onions. This is a fairly large roast, but it can be reheated for a second or third meal. It gets more tender with each re-heating. Some people prefer to eat it the following day.
As with any of our roasts, it can be sliced very thin when cooled and is great in sandwiches.
