Spare Ribs are excellent for stewing and slow cooking. Stewed Spare Ribs are particularly tender. It is exceptionally flavorful because the rib bones provide a depth and richness of flavour. This is one of my favorite Shabbat meals, it is especially tasty when flambéed and stewed in red wine. Vietnamese Spare Ribs recipes are excellent as well.
